Content Creator cum Anchor

Location: Mumbai (Clinic) | Work from the clinic, with travel within the city

Working Days: 3 days a week | Days decided by the Content Head

Experience: Prior reels, vlogs, or anchoring work is a plus, but not required.

Gynoveda is India's first Ayurveda Couple Fertility Clinic. 50+ clinics across India. 100+ doctors—20,000+ babies born through our treatment. We treat period health, PCOS, and infertility at the root cause.

About the Role:

You are the face and the voice in the frame. The doctor is the subject.

You are mapped to one Gynoveda doctor, and you shadow them at their clinic. On camera, you ask the doctor the question a woman at home has not dared to ask anyone. You walk her through a clinic day. You let the doctor's answer carry the reel.

You shoot on a phone as things happen. You do the basic edit yourself. You write the caption, and you publish. Nothing is scripted, and nothing is staged.

Much of the day is inside consultation rooms where a woman talks to her doctor about her periods, her PCOS, and a pregnancy that has not happened yet. She has to be comfortable with you in the room. Patient comfort comes before the shot—every time.

Who Is Watching:

Couples trying to conceive. Not a general health audience. Picture one woman trying to conceive. She decides in the first three seconds whether to keep watching. She stops for a question she has been too shy to ask, put in the words she uses herself, answered by a doctor who sounds like a person and not a lecture. That is the reel. Everything else is scroll.

What You Will Own:

- Anchoring: on-camera conversations with your doctor. Questions, explainers, myth versus fact, a day at the clinic. You hold the frame in Hindi and English
- Shadowing: regular time at the clinic with your mapped doctor,

capturing consultations, procedures, and clinic life, only where the doctor and the patient are comfortable
- Conversations with patients where appropriate and permitted, to surface real journeys
- Shooting on a phone, spontaneous, adapting to unplanned moments as they happen
- The basic edit on InShot, CapCut, or similar: cuts, sound check, subtitles. No logo work, no heavy B-roll
- A caption for every video, written to be read and saved, not scrolled past
- Publishing to the doctor's personal Instagram handle; you may post on your own handle too
- Flagging what works organically. Strong videos may be boosted, with Gynoveda as collaborator

What a Good Reel Looks Like Here:

- A hook in the first few seconds
- A doctor who sounds like a person, not a lecture at the camera
- Something real and relatable. "Tell me about your work" is too broad. "What do you tell a woman who has been trying for a year?" is a reel
- Words a layperson uses. No medical jargon
- A natural moment, not a scripted ad
- A basic edit. Cuts, sound, and subtitles are enough

What You Will Not Own:

Scripts and shot lists. There are none. The consultation itself; the doctor runs it, and the patient's comfort decides what is captured. The boost decision: you flag what performs; Gynoveda decides what gets boosted: logo work and heavy B-roll.

What You Must Bring:

- Ease on camera. You enjoy being in the frame,

and you can hold a conversation in it
- Ease with the subject. Periods, PCOS, missed cycles, trying to conceive: you can talk about these on camera, in Hindi, without flinching and without giggling
- A presence a patient is comfortable with in her consultation room
- The instinct to ask a positive question and then listen to the answer
- Comfort shooting spontaneously in a live clinical setting
- Working knowledge of mobile editing tools: InShot, CapCut, or similar
- Caption writing and storytelling instincts for Instagram
- Fluent Hindi and English; Marathi is a bonus
- Personality, curiosity, and sensitivity. These matter more than a polished portfolio

This Role Is Not for You If:

- Talking about periods, PCOS and pregnancy on camera makes you uncomfortable. It is most of the job
- A patient's discomfort with you in her consultation room would not stop your shot
- Your idea of creative work is design, illustration, or studio production. The creativity here is in the question you ask on camera, the moment you choose to capture, and the sentence you write under it
- You need a script and a shot list before you can press record
- You want a studio, a crew, and lights. This is a phone and the clinic as it is
- Being on camera yourself is not something you enjoy
- Traveling across Mumbai to a clinic on your working days does not work for you

Why Join:

- One creator, one doctor. The style you build is yours, made from real stories inside a clinic.
- Three days a week, on payroll. The other days are yours.
- The subject matters. Periods, PCOS, and fertility are still whispered about. Your reels help change that.
- Your best work gets boosted as it performs. That is your path into paid content.
