- Generate leads and identify potential buyers/clients.
- Conduct property visits and explain project details, pricing, and offers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Good communication and negotiation skills, sales-oriented attitude, and preferably 1+ year of real estate/sales experience.
