We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Trainee Operations Management to support field operations, logistics, inventory coordination, product deployments, exhibitions, roadshows, and client events. The role involves on-ground coordination, client interaction, product demonstrations, lead generation, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support planning and execution of product deployments, exhibitions, roadshows, and client events.
- Coordinate in office setup, dismantling, and smooth execution of kiosks, digital screens, and hardware.
- Coordinate inventory movement, transportation, and asset tracking across locations.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure efficient utilization of company assets.
- Interact with visitors, prospects, and clients to understand business requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain solutions to potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and identify business opportunities during events.




- Capture customer requirements and maintain lead records.
- Support sales teams with lead follow-ups and business development activities.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Technical teams.
- Prepare event reports, operational updates, and post-event lead summaries.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with internship/project experience in logistics, supply chain, events, sales, business development, or client-facing roles will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and on-ground events is essential.
