Your key responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in background verification (BGV) document validation with strong attention to accuracy and compliance standards.
- Proficient in candidate calling and direct candidate connect to gather and verify required information efficiently.
- Ability to review, cross-check, and validate supporting documents for completeness, authenticity, and consistency.
- Working knowledge of investigation and compliance processes within a forensic services environment.
- Strong communication skills to support clear coordination during verification and documentation follow-up activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Arts in English Literature
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Bachelor of Computer Applications
Experience
- Background Verification Operations (0 to 2+ years)
