Job Summary

We are looking for a Java Developer with 3 5 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Microsoft technologies, REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based application development, along with exposure to modern AI tools and AI-assisted software development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Develop applications integrating with Microsoft technologies and services, such as Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and Microsoft APIs.
- Work with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Integrate applications with third-party APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud services.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in performance optimization.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers,



DevOps engineers, architects, and business teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and refactoring.
- Explore and implement AI-assisted solutions where they can improve engineering productivity and application capabilities.

Requirements

- Core Java Strong knowledge of Java 8+ OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading Java Streams, Lambda Expressions, Generics Design Patterns and clean coding practices
- Spring Ecosystem Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Data JPA / Hibernate Spring Security REST API development Microservices architecture
- Microsoft Technologies Microsoft Azure exposure Microsoft SQL Server Azure App Services / Azure Functions exposure Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID Microsoft Graph API exposure is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft-based enterprise environments
