- Coach teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement change management plans for large-scale projects.
- Provide guidance on scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) to support complex enterprise transformations.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach or similar role.
- Certification in Secure (Scaled Agile Framework) is required; other relevant certifications such as PMP or PSM are a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
