Technical Business Analyst Duties:

- Work with the project manager to develop project scope and timeline
- Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents
- Participate in design and testing activities, review code, and participate in system implementations
- Assist with maintaining and documenting systems
- Perform data validation checks
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures
- Diligence in reviewing data to be input to system
- Identify, quantify, and document business process improvements
- Identify, analyze, and document user interface issues
- Create user documentation including process flows, roles and responsibilities, and use cases
- Train users on system processes and application
- Identify and resolve system-specific issues through research and analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned

Technical Business Analyst Responsibilities:

- Research and analyze new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document customer information, needs, and existing processes
- Develop and communicate technical requirements, including design, build, and test plans
- Identify, validate, and mitigate technology risks
- Develop innovative, efficient, effective, and scalable solutions
- Evaluate usability and scalability of solutions




- Work with business stakeholders and IT to implement changes
- Design, document, test, and implement software solutions
- Execute and support infrastructure audits and reviews
- Track and report on project metrics
- Develop, maintain, and document project plans
- Manage, document, and support project schedules

Requirements And Skills:

- Able to discuss the benefits of a Software asa Service
- Model Proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Strong data gathering and analysis skills
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2-5 years of consulting experience or in a related area.

Mandatory Skills

- Valuable Experience on Microsoft Visio, Jira and Confluence (minimum 2years)
- Excellent Communication Skills (Average and Good will not work).
- Excellent command on MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point.
- Balsamiq & Trello (optional, good to have).
- Any experience on Microservices project will be good (optional).
