URGENT HIRING – US Voice Process | Automotive Sales & Customer Support

SS Technologies is hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals for our US Voice Process – Sales & Customer Support team.

We operate in the automotive industry, serving customers across the US market. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have experience or an interest in international sales, customer support, automobiles, automotive parts, or US processes.

Freshers with strong English communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Provide professional customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding orders, customer requirements, and after-sales support.
- Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements





- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in a US/Night Shift.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with valuable listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software tools.
- Sales experience in US Process, International BPO, Automotive Sales, Auto Parts, Customer Support, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
