- 2 - 4 years of experience in Outbound Sales / Tele calling / Tele sales / Inside Sales.
- Experience in Gaming, Entertainment, Hospitality, Leisure, Events, F&B;, Retail, or related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and sales conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Hindi and English communication skills are required.
