Detailed Job Descriptions:-
- Handling testing operation in shifts
- Line testing setup in terms of model specific software, IMEI & RF setup.
- Maintenance of testing equipment line RF tester, audio tester, printer, weighing machine etc.
- Shift Handling -Model changeover, Line issue support/ MES /Printers/Tool issues.
- responsibility of Breakdown control, downtime optimization.
- Handling of MES related issues, Test tool related issues for LAVA /Other customer.
- Consumable management.
- 6S management of all testing lines/jig room.
- Maintenance of testing Jigs, fixtures & instruments for smooth operation.
