Job Description:

- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts and design details.
- Coordinate with consultants, structural, MEP and project teams.
- Ensure design execution as per approved drawings and project requirements.
- Review drawings, specifications and material selections.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams for design-related issues.
- Ensure quality, design standards and timely completion of architectural works.
- Coordinate with external architects, consultants and contractors.
- Support design development and project execution from concept to completion.

Key Skills:

Qualification: B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture

Preferred: Candidates with experience in residential / high-rise real estate projects will be preferred.
