We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot and related technologies
to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.



- Build and consume RESTful APIs for
applications. - Develop data access layers using Spring Data JPA and Hibernate. - Design and optimize relational
database schemas and SQL queries. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. -
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues. - Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product
teams. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Optimize application performance and
scalability. - Contribute to application architecture and technical design discussions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-
solving skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with system design and scalable architectures. - Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles. -
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture. - Understanding of performance tuning and
application monitoring.
