Job role - IT Recruiter for External Client

Candidates from Consultancy Background Preferred.

Work Mode- 5 Days Work from Office

Job Location - Noida Sector 132 expressway

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day recruitment interactions.
- Build and maintain strong, skilled relationships with clients across different industries, primarily within the IT/Technology sector.
- Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, technical skills, experience expectations, and organizational requirements.
- Participate in regular client calls/meetings to discuss open positions, recruitment progress, challenges, and priorities.
- Clarify requirements with clients and ensure complete understanding before initiating the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to clients on candidate pipelines, submissions, interviews, feedback, and closures.
- Manage client expectations regarding candidate availability, timelines, compensation, notice periods, and market conditions.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and recruitment delivery
