Job Summary

Information Security Senior Analyst in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities

- Configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA).
- Implement URL filtering, SSL inspection, sandboxing, and cloud firewall policies.
- Troubleshoot internet access and traffic forwarding issues.
- Manage PAC files, GRE/IPsec tunnels, and forwarding profiles.
- Deploy and manage Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
- Configure App Connectors, Service Edges, and Application Segments.
- Support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) initiatives.
- Troubleshoot application access and authentication issues.
- Monitor security incidents and analyze logs.
- Investigate threats, policy violations, and anomalous activities.
- Work with SOC, Network, and Endpoint teams during incident response.
- Integrate Zscaler with Azure AD / Entra ID
- Integrate Zscaler with Okta
- Integrate Zscaler with Active Directory
- Integrate Zscaler with SIEM platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar)
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or APIs.




- Diagnose issues related to PAC files
- Diagnose issues related to ZCC (Zscaler Client Connector)
- Diagnose issues related to Authentication
- Diagnose issues related to SSL decryption
- Diagnose issues related to DNS resolution
- Diagnose issues related to Proxy forwarding
- Diagnose issues related to Application access

- Experience in enterprise cloud security environments.

- ZTNA ( Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator ) EDU 200
- ZDTE ( Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer )n EDU 202
