- 3+ years of experience in US Staffing
- Strong experience hiring for BFSI requirements
- Hands-on experience with State & Federal clients
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, sourcing, screening & submission

2 US Engineering Recruiter Oil & Gas / Manufacturing

- Experience in US Staffing / US Engineering Recruitment
- Hands-on experience hiring for Oil & Gas and Manufacturing roles
- Robust sourcing and candidate management skills
- Good understanding of US hiring practices and recruitment lifecycle
