Role & responsibilities:-

- Strong experience in quantity surveying, tendering, or contracts management, only from real estate development.
- To lead the preparation of detailed Cost estimates, Tender documents and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for Civil, Interior Finishes, Landscape and Faade.
- The role involves providing expert cost advice and ensuring accurate budget management that meet quality standards.
- Stay updated with and ensure compliance with market standards and good practices, applicable codes and BOQ standards, guiding junior team members as needed.
- Preparation of Tender documents, Contract documents, and detailed BOQs in coordination with architects and consultants.
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs; supporting budget preparation for new projects.

Solid exp. into residential projects

Should be BE/BTech/Diploma in civil engineering

Strong communication skills
