Job title: Software Engineer (Algorithm)

Job Location: Noida

Experience: 6-10 Years Job Responsibility:

- Design and develop image processing, computer vision, and machine learning algorithms for real-time applications.
- Implement mathematical and algorithmic techniques including filtering, segmentation, feature extraction, object detection, and pattern recognition.
- Develop high-quality software solutions in C/C++ following defined software architecture and coding standards.
- Analyze and optimize algorithms for latency, memory consumption, computational complexity, and real-time performance.
- Develop and execute unit tests.
- Perform mathematical and statistical analysis of algorithm performance.
- Validate algorithms using representative datasets and define appropriate performance metrics.
- Ensure algorithm robustness under varying operating conditions including illumination changes, noise, blur, scale variations, rotations, and environmental influences.
- Evaluate third-party technologies, frameworks, libraries, and externally supplied algorithms against functional requirements.
- Support the development of technical concepts, feasibility studies, and functional prototypes.

Knowledge:

- Strong programming expertise in C/C++ with experience in developing productiongrade software.
- Strong understanding of image processing and computer vision techniques,



including o Convolution and filtering o Fourier transforms o Histogram-based processing o Morphological operations o Image interpolation
- Feature detection, description, and matching
- Image Segmentation o Object detection and recognition
- Hands-on experience with OpenCV or equivalent computer vision libraries.
- Strong proficiency in MATLAB for algorithm development, simulation, analysis, and validation.
- Strong knowledge of algorithm complexity, optimization techniques, and real-time software development.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, debugging techniques, and software development tools.
- Knowledge of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and automotive vision applications. • Valuable verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience:

- Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Vision, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of relevant industry experience in image processing, computer vision, or algorithm development
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development. • Proven experience in image processing, computer vision, and algorithm development.
