Role Summary: Vulnerability Management & Remediation Analyst

We are looking for a Vulnerability Management skilled in IT Security Operations and vulnerability remediation. The role will be responsible for governing vulnerability remediation and patch management processes, ensuring compliance with remediation SLAs, and driving collaboration across Information Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams. The candidate will work closely with the Vulnerability Management Product Owner and InfoSec teams to convert vulnerability risk insights into actionable remediation plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and govern vulnerability remediation and patch management processes.
- Define and enforce remediation standards and operating procedures.
- Track vulnerability remediation SLAs and compliance metrics.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to drive timely closure of vulnerabilities.




- Collaborate with VM Product Owners and InfoSec teams to prioritize remediation activities.
- Translate vulnerability risk findings into actionable remediation workflows.
- Monitor remediation performance and provide stakeholder updates.

Mandatory Skills

- 5-10 years of experience in Vulnerability Management or IT Security Operations.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability remediation and patch management processes.
- Experience tracking remediation SLAs and compliance metrics.
- Knowledge of vulnerability lifecycle management.
- ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) / SecOps awareness.
- ITIL framework awareness.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
