Job Summary

As E-commerce Vendor Coordinator, you will handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with order management, customer experience, catalogue coordination, reporting, follow-up. The role is based across Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Noida. The work is practical and team-oriented, with regular interaction with colleagues, customers, vendors, partners or other stakeholders depending on the assignment. The exact team structure and reporting line will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to participate in a short practical discussion or role-specific assessment.

Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with order management, customer experience, catalogue coordination, reporting, follow-up.
- Coordinate assigned work.
- Respond to relevant enquiries.
- Maintain records and reports.
- Follow up with stakeholders.




- Ensure that agreed activities are completed on time.
- Interact regularly with colleagues, customers, vendors, partners or other stakeholders depending on the assignment.

Requirements

- Experience: 1-4 years.
- Location: Delhi NCR / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Noida.
