KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Franchise Centers Sales & Development
- Identify and onboard franchise partners aligned with GDGH expansion plans.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle and ensure timely center setup and compliance.
- Support franchisees with business planning, revenue forecasting, and performance improvement.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and timely documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional and marketing activities to enhance franchise growth.
- Track franchise performance, market trends, and share regular MIS updates with management.
Business Operations & Support
- Supervise franchise operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Act as the key liaison between Head Office and franchise partners.
- Provide operational training and business support to current and existing franchisees.
- Monitor franchise performance and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
- Handle franchise documentation, including MoUs, agreements, and renewals.
Sales Strategy & Target Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor the franchise sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Track team performance and prepare regular sales and revenue reports for management.
- Drive cost control and ensure profitable growth across regions.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and franchise events to attract investors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content for franchise sales.
- Enhance brand visibility through partnerships, events, and digital platforms.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams for franchise onboarding and compliance.
- Ensure smooth transition from franchise sign-up to operational launch.
- Support cross-departmental collaboration to strengthen franchise operations and brand presence.
