Who are we looking for? Master's degree

in Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology M.Phil / Ph.D.

will be an added advantage Minimum 3 years

of hands-on psychotherapy experience Solid foundation in

CBT / REBT

is a

MUST Training/certification in

CBT, REBT, ACT, DBT, ERP ,



or other evidence-based approaches is preferred Strong case conceptualisation and therapy-planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach

Roles & Responsibilities Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions independently Assess presenting concerns and develop appropriate case formulations Develop structured, goal-oriented therapy plans Work with concerns such as anxiety, overthinking, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, OCD, mood-related concerns, and behavioural difficulties Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client needs
