Role & responsibilities

- Handle sales and business development for overseas recruitment services.
- Connect with candidates and understand their overseas job requirements.
- Generate leads, follow up with candidates, and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective candidates.
- Handle candidate queries and explain the recruitment process clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in US and UK hiring/recruitment is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or overseas consultancy.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and meet deadlines.
- Solid customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
