Role & responsibilities

- Interface between international customer/buyer and sales manager and factory.
- Coordinate for all activities from order generation to delivery, once the sale is concluded Punch in details in the system.
- Track enquiry details, sampling, prices, order placement, shipment & delivery.
- Take feedback from plant and keep international customer/buyer informed of the order status and other details
- Generate & present weekly reports on turnaround time.
- Keep a track of budget & actual buyer wise.
- Follow up on new requirement/enquiry.
- Take care of complete sampling requirement.
- Timely execution of marketing requirement of international customer, coordinating with marketing for designs & plant for execution
- Follow up on complaints, if any and ensure timely closure.
- Co-ordinate with finance for credit notes and claim analysis.




- Ensure that information on movement of SKUs of the buyer are monitored and shared on time.
- Ensure all orders are executed on time.
- Ensure all current development are entered & maintained in system.
- Experience in working on CRM or similar platform and update on Daily Basis to maintain progress of each job on system
- Post Shipment activities to be Monitored and close follow up till delivery of products.
- Payment follow ups with Customer and check on any outstanding payment with accounts.
- Knowledge about third party inspections and documentations required to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Should have a sound technical background to understand the nitty-gritty of laminates and other allied products
- Regular follow ups with all departments/Stakeholders involved, for smooth operations
