Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and talented Creative Design Specialist to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across various platforms from print materials and digital media to web design and technical illustrations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your creative skills while contributing to the growth of our established brand in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Graphic Design & Branding

o

Create impactful marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, and product sheets

o

Design trade show and exhibition materials including banners, posters, and booth graphics

o

Develop visually appealing presentations and sales tools for our technical products

o

Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visual communications

- Digital Media & Video Production

o

Produce short promotional videos highlighting our products and services

o

Create animations and motion graphics for digital platforms

o

Design engaging social media graphics and digital advertisements

o





Edit photographs and optimize images for various platforms

- Web Design & Management

o

Design and update company website content using WordPress/ other platforms.

o

Create responsive layouts with focus on user experience and interface design

o

Optimize visual elements for improved web performance

o

Collaborate on website improvement projects

- Technical Illustration

o

Create technical drawings and product visualizations using AutoCAD

o

Design infographics explaining complex industrial processes and applications

o

Develop visual aids for technical presentations and training materials

o

Convert technical specifications into visual content for easier comprehension

- Project Management

o

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

o

Coordinate with printers and production vendors to ensure quality outputs

o

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to understand design needs

o

Maintain organized digital asset library and design archives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field

- 2-5 years of experience in a design role, preferably with exposure to technical or industrial sector

- Strong portfolio showcasing versatile design capabilities across print and digital media





- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Canva

- Basic understanding of AutoCAD for technical illustrations

- Experience with WordPress website management

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
