This is a client assignment being coordinated through HumanConnect Services. As Customer Service Officer, Banking, you will handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with customer handling, documentation, follow-up, communication, process coordination. This includes coordinating assigned work, responding to relevant enquiries, maintaining records and reports, following up with stakeholders and ensuring that agreed activities are completed on time.

Requirements
