The role involves acquiring new-to-bank liability customers through digital leads, delivering a superior customer experience, and driving cross-sell opportunities across banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new liability customers through digital and propensity-based leads.
- Act as a single point of contact until customer onboarding is completed.
- Achieve business targets through effective lead conversion and cross-selling.
- Promote investment, asset, and card products to generate additional revenue.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking guidelines.
- Utilize banking systems, tools, and applications for end-to-end customer support.
Eligibility
Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized institution
2-5 years of experience in Banking / BFSI Sales
Strong sales and customer acquisition skills
Valuable understanding of Liability Products, Retail Assets, Investments, and Cards
Excellent communication skills in English and local language
