Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end course promotion and sales for assigned programs

Engage with Doctors and Healthcare Professionals to understand their requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions

Effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and advantages of our courses

Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners to ensure a high conversion rate

Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems

Desired Skills:

Excellent communication, counseling, and consultative selling skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with medical professionals

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value

Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a growth mindset
