Job Title: Visa Operations Manager / Senior Visa Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and growth-oriented Visa Operations Manager / Senior Visa Executive to lead and build our visa operations team in Delhi.

This person will play a key role in handling visa documentation, ensuring applications are prepared accurately, improving approval readiness, and eventually building and managing a strong team under them.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end visa documentation and application processes for various countries.
- Thoroughly check client documents and identify any missing, weak, or insufficient documentation.
- Guide clients on additional documents and supporting paperwork required to strengthen their visa applications.
- Review each case carefully and ensure applications are prepared in the best possible manner before submission.
- Stay updated on visa requirements, documentation rules, appointment procedures, and process changes.
- Coordinate with clients professionally to collect documents and resolve queries.
- Manage and supervise the visa operations team in the Delhi office.
- Train junior employees on visa documentation, processes, client handling, and quality standards.
- Help recruit, onboard, and build a strong visa team as the company grows.
- Delegate work effectively and ensure team members complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Create and implement efficient systems, checklists, and processes for visa operations.
- Take ownership of the overall quality and smooth functioning of the visa department.
- Work closely with management to scale the Delhi office and visa operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in visa processing, travel consultancy, immigration documentation, or visa operations.
- Robust knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify missing or weak documents.
