Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

BDM / BDE with 6+ years of experience in the US market

to drive business growth through end-to-end sales, client acquisition, and requirement generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, with proven expertise in outbound sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities Handle

end-to-end sales and business development activities

in the US market. Make

120+ outbound calls daily

to prospective clients and decision-makers. Generate a

minimum of 20 client appointments per month . Bring in at least

20 current requirements / open positions per month . Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active clients.



Manage the complete sales cycle from

lead generation to closure . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, implementation partners, and stakeholders. Coordinate with internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure smooth execution. Meet monthly and quarterly business targets.

Required Skills 6+ years of proven experience

in US business development/sales. Strong expertise in

lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, and client acquisition . Excellent verbal and written

communication skills . Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Strong understanding of the

US staffing/sales market .

Travel Requirement Up to 80% travel may be required, as and when business demands arise.
