technology delivery and P&L; performance

for the Banking Portfolio Drive delivery excellence, profitability, governance, and operational performance Partner with senior business and customer stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable technology solutions Provide technical leadership across

Java Full Stack, Spring Boot, ReactJS, GoLang, AWS, Microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architecture Drive

AI and automation initiatives

to enhance customer experience, engineering productivity, and operational efficiency Lead large, cross-functional

Agile engineering teams Manage program risks, dependencies, governance, and executive stakeholder communication Ensure solutions are

secure, scalable, resilient, compliant,



and customer-centric Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement ✅ What We’re Looking For ✔️

18+ years

of technology delivery leadership experience ✔️ Strong experience in

Banking / Financial Services ✔️ Expertise across

Deposits, Credit Cards, Digital Banking and/or Payments ✔️ Proven

P&L; and large-scale delivery ownership ✔️ Strong customer and executive stakeholder management ✔️ Technical expertise in

Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, GoLang & AWS ✔️ Strong understanding of

Microservices, APIs & Cloud-Native Architecture ✔️ Experience leading large

Agile technology programs and engineering teams ✔️ Demonstrated

AI-first mindset

with exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven transformation ✔️ Strong delivery governance, risk management, and operational excellence capabilities Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is
