All India About the Role We are looking for experienced and result-oriented
ERP / CRM Sales Professionals
who can independently handle company-provided leads, conduct product demos, communicate with prospects, negotiate, and successfully close sales. Candidates with
2–3 years of experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS, Software or B2B Sales
will be preferred. Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified leads provided by the company. Contact prospects through phone, WhatsApp and email. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP/CRM solutions. Conduct professional product demonstrations through
Google Meet / online meetings . Explain Solar ERP/CRM features, benefits, pricing and implementation process. Follow up with prospects regularly and move them through the sales pipeline. Handle objections and negotiate with customers. Convert qualified leads into paying customers. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales information in the CRM. Coordinate with the technical/support team whenever required. Build long-term relationships with customers. EligibilityEducation
BBA / MBA
preferred. Graduate candidates with strong relevant sales experience may also be considered. Experience
2–3 years of sales experience preferred. Experience in any of the following will be highly preferred: ERP Software Sales CRM Software Sales SaaS Sales B2B Software Sales Business Management Software Sales IT Product Sales Required Skills
Strong sales and communication skills.
Proven experience in
sales closure . Must be comfortable giving online product demos. Must be able to conduct meetings through
Google Meet . Ability to explain software products clearly to business owners and decision-makers. Robust negotiation and objection-handling skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Comfortable working independently from home. Language Requirements
Hindi + English is compulsory. Regional-language sales professionals are required for different markets, including: Marathi – Maharashtra Gujarati – Gujarat Tamil – Tamil Nadu Malayalam – Kerala English – Pan India / South India Hindi – Hindi-speaking states Candidates who can communicate in both
English/Hindi + a regional language
will be preferred. What the Company Provides
Qualified leads will be provided by the company. Product training will be provided. Solar ERP / CRM demo training will be provided. CRM and sales support from the company. Work From Home opportunity. Pan India opportunity. Performance-based incentives in addition to salary. Salary
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Salary will depend on the candidate's: Previous ERP/CRM/SaaS sales experience Sales performance Sales closure capability Communication skills Regional-language capability Additional performance incentives may be provided based on sales achievement.
