About the Role The Lead Vision is looking for a skilled and creative

3D Texture Artist (Character + Background)

with strong experience in creating

bright, colourful and visually appealing textures for kids' animation content . We are specifically looking for candidates who have previously worked on

Kids Nursery Rhymes, English Rhymes, Preschool Content, or similar colourful 3D animation projects . The ideal candidate should understand how to create

cute, vibrant and kid-friendly characters and environments

while maintaining consistency across multiple episodes and production assets. Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality textures for

3D characters, props, environments and backgrounds . Develop

bright, colourful and attractive visual styles suitable for English nursery rhymes and preschool audiences . Create appealing textures for

kids, animals, toys, houses, playgrounds, farms, vehicles, classrooms and other rhyme environments . Perform clean and optimized

UV mapping and UV layouts . Create and manage

materials, shaders and PBR textures . Maintain consistent colours, materials and overall visual quality across characters and environments. Follow established

art direction, references and colour palettes .



Optimize textures according to production requirements without compromising visual quality. Coordinate with

Modeling, Lighting, Animation and Production teams . Complete assigned assets within production deadlines and handle required revisions efficiently. Required Candidate Profile

3–5 years of professional experience

in 3D Character and/or Workplace Texturing. Previous experience in Kids Nursery Rhymes / English Rhymes / Preschool 3D Animation is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of colourful, cute and child-friendly visual styles . Strong knowledge of

UV Mapping, Materials, Shaders and PBR Texturing workflows . Experience working within a professional

3D animation production pipeline . Good understanding of

colour theory, material definition and visual consistency . Ability to follow references and art direction accurately. Ability to maintain both

quality and production speed . Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready assets on time. Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a portfolio/showreel demonstrating their 3D texturing work. Preference will be given to candidates whose portfolio includes colourful Kids Rhymes, Nursery Rhymes, Preschool Animation, Cartoon Characters and colourful 3D environments/backgrounds. Important

Candidates with relevant experience in colourful 3D Kids / English Nursery Rhyme content are encouraged to apply. Please share relevant portfolio samples along with your application.
