- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries related to spare parts, customer care, and sales.
- Provide excellent communication skills to build robust relationships with customers.
- Meet daily targets set by the company for call handling and resolution rates.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO industry or similar field (domestic calling).
- Any graduation degree (B.Tech/BE/BBA/BCA/BCom/BA) B.sc Maths
- Strong understanding of domestic sales processes, including outbound sales and telesales techniques.
- Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication over phone calls.
