- Lead and drive national sales for Retail and Qualified Salon product ranges.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Manage and expand distributor, dealer, retail and salon networks across India.
- Lead and motivate RSM, ASM and Sales Officer teams.
- Develop new markets, key accounts and business opportunities.
- Monitor primary/secondary sales, distribution, stock and collections.
- Build strong relationships with salon professionals, salon chains and retail partners.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and ensure achievement of regional and national targets.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Training, Finance and Supply Chain teams for business execution.
