- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of retail liabilities, CASA sales, and other banking products.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in retail banking or related field.

- Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
