We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and dedicated Female House Manager to oversee the daily operations and long-term maintenance of a private residence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of the household, managing household staff, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily household operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and other support personnel.
- Develop and implement household budgets, track expenses, and manage petty cash.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and special projects.
- Plan and organize household events, parties, and gatherings, including guest management and catering arrangements.

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including interior and exterior spaces, ensuring all systems are in good working order.

- Ensure the privacy and security of the principals and the residence at all times.
- Implement and maintain household policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the principals regarding all household matters.
- Anticipate household needs and proactively address potential issues.
