PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Strong experience in Ayurvedic, Unani, Herbal, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG or related manufacturing. Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory and vendor management.
- Solid financial and commercial understanding.
- Computer Savvy.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Experience in establishing SOPs, systems, KPIs and MIS.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple functions and cross-functional teams.
