Role Summary

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack .NET 8 Developer who is passionate about hands-on software development while providing technical leadership within an agile delivery team. The role requires active participation in low-level design, development, code reviews, sprint planning, technical mentoring, and successful delivery of user stories. Approximately 60% of the role involves hands-on development and implementation, while 40% focuses on technical leadership activities.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent engineering judgment, a proven experience leading development of production-grade, full-stack applications and a disciplined approach to AIassisted developmentusing AI to accelerate delivery while maintaining correctness, security, and long-term maintainability.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Serve as a technical lead for one or more application areas or service domains.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear technical approaches.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Principal Architects to implement approved architectural patterns and design decisions.
- Own low-level design decisions for sprint stories and ensure alignment with established architecture.
- Support technical resolution of implementation challenges within the development team.





Backend Development (.NET 8 / C#)

- Design, develop, debug, and support backend services and APIs using .NET 8, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
- Actively contribute code for complex development tasks and critical sprint deliverables.
- Ensure backend services operate reliably within microservices-based systems, accounting for:
- Synchronous and asynchronous interactions
- Partial failures and retries
- Backward compatibility and versioning

- Expected to contribute code daily
