About the Role

We are looking for a backend Executive to manage chemical quality documents, maintain records and coordinate with suppliers, customers, sales and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and check COA, MSDS/SDS and technical documents from suppliers.
- Verify batch numbers, test results and product details.
- Prepare and share accurate,



batch-wise COAs / test reports with customers.
- Maintain physical and digital records of quality documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure dispatches are not delayed due to missing documents.
- Maintain and update raw material stock inventory.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in COA, Quality Documentation, QA Documentation, Chemical Documentation or Back Office Operations.
- Good knowledge of COA, MSDS/SDS, test reports and batch documentation.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with Excel and documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Candidates from the chemical / pharmaceutical / specialty chemicals industry will be preferred.
