Job Description

We are hiring IT Recruiters with 1–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment. Candidates should have hands-on experience in sourcing and closing IT positions.

C2H (Contract to Hire) hiring experience is important for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment and candidate closures.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful joining.




- Handle C2H hiring requirements effectively.
- Work towards achieving recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Robust sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- C2H hiring experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working 5 days in the office.
