Job Summary

Digital Marketing Intern - Delhi, India. Curious about what makes customers click, shop, and come back. You'll work across customer insights, website optimisation, loyalty, and campaigns while learning how digital marketing comes together in a fast-moving brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with customer analytics, including CLTV, customer cohorts, repeat purchases, and revenue trends.
- Analysing customer, order, product, and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Supporting loyalty and retention initiatives through research, benchmarking, and customer segmentation.
- Conducting daily website hygiene checks and supporting homepage and category-page merchandising.
- Updating website content, including banners, landing pages, products, and blogs.
- Tracking key website performance metrics, including CTR, CVR, and revenue trends.
- Supporting search optimisation by identifying null and low-performing searches and improving product discoverability.
- Assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Supporting content development,



including ad copies, blog concepts, and creative briefs.

Requirements

- Proficient in English (Verbal and Written).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media.
- Strong interest in sneakers, streetwear, fashion, and the brand's language and culture.
- Keen to learn, take ownership, and work in a rapid-paced environment.
