- Manage deal execution, including acquisition and merger activities, from initial pitch book through to close.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify potential deals and provide strategic advice on buy-side opportunities.
- Conduct financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and deal structuring to support successful closures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive pitch books for client presentations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in M&A; advisory or related field (e.g., investment banking).
- Solid understanding of A & S Software Consultancy's products/services offerings.
- Proven track record in deal origination, execution, and closure across various industries/geographies.
