About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Finance Reconciliation to act as a bridge between Finance Operations and Technology teams. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, reconciliation analysis, exception management, UAT support, stakeholder management, and finance control governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document financial reconciliation processes.
- Gather and document business requirements (BRDs).
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define and validate reconciliation and matching rules.
- Perform exception and root cause analysis.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off.
- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Validate reconciliation reports, dashboards, and exception workflows.
- 24x7 Rotational Shift.
- 6 Days Working.
- Candidate must be comfortable working from the Gurugram office.
- One original educational document (Degree/Marks Card/Provisional Certificate) must be submitted at the time of joining.
- The original document will be safely returned after 3 months from the date of joining.
