Responsibilities

- ensuring a positive experience for customers, clients, students, visitors or partners as applicable
- Depending on the assignment, the role may involve coordination with HumanConnect Services, HappinessCue or another client organisation.
- Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a brief interaction, task or practical discussion before the final selection.
