MGM Healthcare is expanding its presence in Chennai and is looking for an experienced
Medical Superintendent
to provide clinical leadership and oversee hospital operations at our
new unit in Alwarpet .
Key Responsibilities • Provide clinical leadership and oversee day-to-day medical operations • Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical governance and patient safety • Coordinate with consultants, clinical departments and hospital leadership • Drive implementation of clinical protocols, policies and SOPs • Monitor clinical quality indicators, audits and patient-care outcomes • Ensure compliance with
NABH and applicable regulatory standards • Support accreditation,
quality improvement and risk-management initiatives • Manage clinical incidents, grievances and medico-legal matters in coordination with relevant teams • Strengthen coordination between clinical, nursing and support services
What We’re Looking For * MBBS with relevant postgraduate qualification preferred * Strong experience in hospital clinical administration * Proven leadership experience in a multispecialty hospital * Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and patient safety * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * NABH experience preferred
