Mancer Consulting Services is hiring Talent Acquisition Consultants to join our Recruitment team.

The role will involve handling both IT & Non-IT recruitment mandates, offering an prospect to work across diverse industries and functions.

Location: South Delhi
Work Mode: Hybrid 2 Days WFO
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT mandates.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.




• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across IT & Non-IT functions.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer closures with candidates and clients.
• Achieve recruitment targets and adhere to defined SLA/TAT.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and regular hiring updates.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory: Prior experience in Recruitment Firms / Staffing / RPO / Executive Search / Recruitment Consulting.
Hands-on experience in both IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Strong communication skills.
Target-oriented with a focus on recruitment closures.
Ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment.
