Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, estimates and rate analysis.
- Prepare project costing and tender quotations.
- Review drawings and tender documents.
- Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for rates.
- Knowledge of MEP costing including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Fighting.
- Prepare comparative statements and commercial proposals.
Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Civil Estimation & Costing.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis and Tendering.
- MEP costing knowledge is mandatory.
- Good command of MS Excel and construction drawings.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience required.
