About the Role:

Medispec is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our technical service team.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, inspect, and maintain equipment and systems at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, or technical issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely in office technical support.
- Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and performance checks where required.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal technical, production, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
- Train customers/operators on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Maintain service tools, spare parts, and equipment required for field activities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and technical standards.
