Role & responsibilities

Advisor Recruitment & Onboarding

- Source and recruit independent insurance advisors/agents through various channels.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding sessions, and licensing coordination.




- Ensure timely documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.

- Drive sales targets through active advisor engagement and support.
- Plan and execute sales strategies for monthly/quarterly business achievement.
- Support advisors in lead generation, client meetings, and closing sales.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and manage a team of advisors.
- Sales-driven mindset with target orientation.
- Valuable knowledge of insurance products and BFSI market (preferred).
- Problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
