Key Responsibilities

- Concept Development: Meet with clients to discuss their vision, preferences, and functional needs for commercial spaces/Internation design adaption.
- 2D Drafting: Prepare precise floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Develop realistic 3D models, walkthroughs, and visualizations using software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray.
- Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure design accuracy during execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering engines (Enscape, V-Ray).
